When the weather is right you just can’t beat a Devon summer wedding.

Sophie & Ryan’ summer wedding ceremony took place at beautiful St. Mary’s Church in Plympton. After the ceremony and some beautiful wedding photography on the church grounds we all took off for Shilstone.

All the guests loved Shilstone House drink reception with Pimms, mojitos, canapés, ice cream cart with a subtle saxophone music in a background.

 Devon summer weddings when planned properly allow for a fun, relaxed day. It was lovely to see Sophie & Ryan truly enjoying the day and taking it all in.

And there was lots to take in including a little bit of magic for kids and adults by Plymouth famous entertainer and magician Mr. Wishy Washy

Sophie who is also a dance teacher/choreographer at Starlite School Of Dance prepared a very special evening treat for her guests. Father and Daughter surprise dance was nothing short of ordinary! After a quick dress change ( yes, 2 wedding dresses!!) it was time for Bride & Groom first class dance. The evening celebrations ended with impressive silent fireworks. It was a truly perfect summer wedding day you could wish for.
