Winter at Bovey Castle

“Winter wonderland at Bovey Castle” by Youngers.

Nadine & Tom celebrated their marriage on a crisp and romantic winter’s day at Bovey Castle in December in the heart of Devon.

All they really wanted  was for their wedding to have a magical, Christmas feel.

The hotel rooms were illuminated by spectacular Christmas trees

With a sudden power cut  Bovey Castle was thrown into total darkness.  Staff quickly launched into action setting candles in empty wine bottles around the venue. Although the power was only off for about 45 minutes the part of the images taken where lit only by candle light.

Bovi Castle looked amazing.  It all added to a perfect, romantic  wedding breakfast atmosphere!
