Some of you will  remember a post  launched with the new look website with images from St Elizabeths House in Plymouth.

Here  are some film images which happened to take  much longer  than I would have preferred to get back to me. In the mean time I had edited about 500 images for our Bride & Groom to view when they returned from honeymoon.

These are a selection of images I took using a traditional medium format film camera. The cameras we use for most of our digital wedding work are from the Canon Stable. Usually the latest version “Canon 5d mk3” we love this camera as its super quiet and quick to focus.

We also have the Canon Mk2’s as back up cameras,some of the digital  images can be seen on an earlier post from St Elizabeth’s House. This selection however were all from a medium format film camera from Contax 645 (sadly no longer manufactured) although I can buy a digital back for this camera I bought it for its traditional use of Film. 120 or 220 roll film. The film I’m totally in love with is from Kodak called “Portra” these were shot on 800 iso film new and expired to expreiment  & a roll of expired 160 Portra.

If your wondering where Carly got her  amazing dress from I can tell you the ladies  from “The Wedding Company”  the designer gown came from  Charlotte Balbier
