Beautiful emotions at Kitley House wedding … capsulated
Every bride & groom have a favourite fleeting memory from their wedding day, most of the time they’ll tell you it was a split second, a flashback. The grooms first sight looking over his shoulder to see his beautiful wife to be, the anticipation of the wedding rings going on the fingers, the slight pause before the words “I do” (or I will) are muttered or reflections of the ceremony right after walking back down the aisle, the realization of “ we are married”.
The back of my camera might have steamed up a little during a very emotional moment where the Brides father, Tony, a Senior ranking Royal Marine, knocked on the door to the Kitley House bridal suite and saw for the first time our beautiful bride Kirsty in her wedding dress. Just about holding back his tears he tentatively walked over to her for a reassuring hug…
I laughed out tears during the speeches, a whole load louder than a documentary wedding photographer should do while blending in with the wedding guests.
It was a truly beautiful wedding day at Kitley House filled with endless emotions throughout.
Here are some lovely words Kirsty & Ryan sent from their honeymoon in Thailand:
‘’Thanks again for being such an amazing photographer, you were such great company on our big day. We really enjoyed the quiet moments where you captured natural and romantic moments of just us. It was a really special time for both of us and needed that time away from everyone.
We are both super excited to see the pictures!
Warm wishes from Kirsty and Ryan”
